In 2025, King One Design planned and designed the exhibition booth for PrimeVOLT, the new energy brand under Asia Power Technology, at the Taiwan International Smart Energy Week and Taiwan International Net-Zero Sustainability Expo. The team also visited the exhibition site to interview Mr. Jimmy, General Manager of PrimeVOLT Taiwan, to discuss the brand’s development, future energy trends, and his thoughts on collaborating with King One Design to create the booth.


The 2025 Taiwan International Smart Energy Week and Taiwan International Net-Zero Sustainability Expo are Taiwan’s largest and most influential energy industry events, attracting hundreds of domestic and international companies each year to exchange insights on the latest energy trends, ESG sustainability concepts, and innovative technologies. Held from October 29 to 31 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, the event gathered 450 exhibitors across nearly 1,600 booths, showcasing the full spectrum of the renewable energy supply chain—from solar process equipment and materials to hydrogen, geothermal, wind, and energy storage technologies—serving as a key platform for energy technology exchange and net-zero achievements between Taiwan and the global community.


At this year’s exhibition, King One Design collaborated with Asia Power Technology to create a vibrant and aesthetically refined booth for its new energy brand PrimeVOLT, embodying both corporate philosophy and design aesthetics. The booth’s lively and striking design language presented the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation. Q: In collaborating with King One Design this year, was there any aspect of the booth design or overall planning that you liked the most?


A: This year, our PrimeVOLT booth showcased a lively, eye-catching, and high-quality design that truly resonates with our products. We want customers to see our equipment not just as solar energy devices but as thoughtfully designed products with aesthetic value. Even passersby near a solar installation can perceive the equipment as more than a cold, mechanical device—it embodies aesthetics and a sense of warmth through high-quality design. I feel that King One Design perfectly captured this vision in the booth, combining high brightness, visual appeal, and a representation of premium quality.

This year, the three-day Taiwan International Smart Energy Week attracted a total of 20,000 professional buyers and industry participants from both domestic and international markets, representing a growth of over 60% compared to the previous edition. The event also drew buyers from Japan, Singapore, the UK, Malaysia, and Canada. Participating in the exhibition not only fosters international exchange and overseas orders but also promotes industry knowledge sharing and brand visibility, which is why it consistently attracts numerous domestic and international companies each year, strengthening collaborations.


Q: Regarding PrimeVOLT’s participation in this year’s Energy Week, what benefits do you think the exhibition brings to the company?


A: We have participated in the exhibition for many consecutive years. Each year, the event allows us to observe changes among competitors and growth among our partners. During the exhibition, old friends can meet, exchange market updates, and explore potential collaborations with different partners. I believe this is the greatest benefit of participating. At the same time, we also aim to use the Energy Week as a platform to promote our brand, allowing attendees to better understand our products and company image.

This year, PrimeVOLT’s booth featured a popcorn machine, a beer area, and a capsule toy (gacha) machine, adding a relaxed and lively atmosphere to the exhibition space.

Participating in exhibitions allows companies to engage face-to-face with buyers, exchange the latest market information, and effectively promote their brand.

Q: What are PrimeVOLT’s future brand outlook and development plans?


A: Although we have maintained the number one market share in Taiwan for three consecutive years, we aim to continue deepening our presence and increasing our impact on the entire energy industry. Beyond continually expanding capacity and improving efficiency in grid-tied solar inverters, we are also closely monitoring trends in the energy storage market. In the future, we plan to launch our own energy storage products at the right time, aligning with Taiwan’s overall energy transition and continuing to promote sustainable development.


As Taiwan’s energy transition progresses, domestic companies must also adapt to the latest trends, adjusting product strategies and development directions to meet the evolving wave of new energy. While the solar market gradually approaches saturation, the energy storage sector is rapidly emerging as the next focal point of the green energy industry.
