Taiwan Character Brand Licensing Association × King One Design

Centered around the concept of a pop-up bookstore in the heart of summer, King One Design brought the Taiwan Pavilion at the 2026 Seoul International Book Fair to life for the Taiwan Character Brand Licensing Association. A bold red palette seamlessly integrated IP showcases, book sales, event spaces, and business matchmaking areas into one cohesive experience. The pavilion also featured curated thematic book zones, guiding international visitors to discover Taiwanese works that resonate with their interests. Through this immersive exhibition design, Taiwan's original literature and homegrown character brands were successfully introduced to a global audience.

Exhibition Design Updates

At the 2026 Seoul International Book Fair (SIBF), held from June 24 to June 28 at COEX Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul, the event brought together 530 publishers from 18 countries under the theme "Homo Duduri (Declaration of Humanity)." As South Korea's largest publishing event, the fair serves as a premier platform for global cultural and publishing exchange.

King One Design was honored to collaborate with the Taiwan Character Brand Licensing Association to create the Taiwan Pavilion, bringing together the works of six Taiwanese authors and four original character brands. Through an immersive, locally inspired exhibition experience, the pavilion showcased the richness of Taiwan's creative content industry while introducing Taiwan's original stories and intellectual properties to an international audience.
