Seeulair, a brand by One Interactive, is dedicated to crafting an "AI Smart Counter" that seamlessly integrates intelligent technology into everyday life. By combining AI virtual assistants, intuitive map navigation, and real-time multilingual translation, Seeulair addresses the pain points of labor shortages and cross-border communication through natural interaction, pioneering a brand-new smart retail experience for brick-and-mortar department stores.

King One Interactive proudly introduces "Seeulair," our specialized interactive technology brand. In July 2026, Seeulair partnered with "DCC SQUARE Xindian," a premier lifestyle and tourism hub, to launch an advanced AI Smart Concierge System.
To streamline mall navigation and deliver an intuitive, high-tech experience for a diverse range of visitors, we successfully deployed the "AI Smart Concierge Kiosk" onsite. This milestone marks the official launch of a brand-new, smart retail showcase venue.

This is exactly where the Seeulair AI Guide Kiosk, strategically located along the mall’s main walkways, comes into play. With a simple, intuitive touch, customers can instantly see which floors have lockers and where their desired restaurants are located. No more wandering in circles—making the rest of their shopping journey effortless, elegant, and smooth.
