【Cancellation & Refund Policy】
1. Force Majeure
Full refunds issued for natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) or other uncontrollable events.
2. General Cancellations
15+ days prior: One-time free rescheduling or full refund.
7–14 days prior: 25% cancellation fee applies.
Within 7 days / No-show: All payments are non-refundable.
3. Refund Terms
Method: Requests must be submitted in writing or e-mail and manually processed.
Processing: Refunds are issued within 30 business days.
Fees: Remittance and handling fees are to be covered by the applicant.
Note: Failure to notify or late requests will result in forfeiture of refund/rescheduling rights.
Please allow time for technical coordination. We reserve the right to cancel the rental if requirements are missed or technical issues cannot be resolved in time.
